How to Directly Copy & Paste Templates in Bricks Builder

If you don’t want to connect a remote URL, you can instantly copy sections or full page layouts directly from the StartWP website into your active Bricks canvas.

Prerequisite: Ensure you have Bricks Builder v1.5 or higher, as this feature relies on the native Bricks cross-domain copy-paste protocol.

  1. Keep your target WordPress site open in one browser tab (with the Bricks editor loaded).
  2. In a second tab, go to StartWP.io and log in.
  3. Browse the template catalog and open the template you want to use.
  4. Click the “Copy Layout” or “Copy to Clipboard” button on the template page.
  5. Go back to your active Bricks Builder editing tab.
  6. Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac) anywhere on your canvas, or right-click inside your structure panel and select Paste.
