How to Download and Import Elementor Templates

For Elementor users, templates are delivered as clean .json files or .zip kit files that you can quickly upload to your site.

Step 1: Download the Template from StartWP

1. Log into your StartWP.io Dashboard.
2. Locate your desired Elementor template and click Download.
3. Save the .json (or .zip for full site kits) file to your local computer.

Step 2: Import to WordPress (Elementor Library)

1. In your WordPress sidebar, go to Templates > Saved Templates.
2. Click the Import Templates button at the top of the page.
3. Click Choose File, select the .json file you downloaded from StartWP, and click Import Now.

Step 3: Insert the Template on a Page

1. Edit any page with Elementor.
2. Click the Add Template (Folder icon) in the Elementor widget area.
3. Go to the My Templates tab.
4. Find your imported StartWP template and click Insert.
