StartWP.io provides templates, themes, and digital solutions (the “Software” or “Service”) designed for Bricks Builder. By accessing StartWP.io (the “Website”), purchasing our products, or subscribing to a membership, you (the “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Website or Services.
1. License and Access
When you purchase a StartWP.io membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our templates, themes, and digital assets. You may use these assets to build your own WordPress websites or for client projects. Your access and license rights remain active for the duration of the specific membership plan you purchased (either Free, $49/year, or $99/lifetime).
Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of your account credentials, active licenses, or the underlying template files is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from StartWP.io.
You assume full responsibility for the security and management of any website built using our products. StartWP.io shall not be held liable for any security vulnerabilities, data breaches, or damages arising from your server configuration, incompatible third-party plugins, or improper site maintenance.
2. Membership Plans and Pricing
StartWP.io provides access to our templates and services through the following membership plans:
- Free Plan: Unlimited site usage and access to our basic template library.
- Annual Plan ($49/year): Unlimited site usage, full premium template access, and priority updates for the duration of your active yearly subscription.
- Lifetime Plan ($99 one-time fee): Unlimited site usage, full premium template access, and all future updates in perpetuity.
All payments for membership plans are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or other local taxes). Any required sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your billing location.
3. License Sharing and Account Access
Your StartWP.io membership is strictly for your personal use or for use on your direct client projects. You may not share your account credentials, license keys, or downloaded files with any third parties. Unauthorized sharing of your account, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
4. Software Updates
Access to software updates, including new versions of templates and themes, is contingent upon maintaining an active membership. Provided updates include bug fixes, functional improvements, and security patches necessary for the continued operation and security of the software.

- Annual Plan ($49/year): Includes regular software updates and priority support for the duration of your active yearly subscription.
- Lifetime Plan ($99 one-time fee): Includes perpetual access to all software updates and ongoing priority support.
If your subscription ends or your payment doesn’t go through, you will lose access to new updates until you renew your plan.
5. Technical Support
Priority support is available exclusively to active subscribers of our Annual and Lifetime membership plans. For security and license verification, all support requests must be submitted from the email address associated with your purchase. While we aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, response times may vary based on support volume.
6. Payment Processing and Billing Terms
All membership fees are processed via our designated third-party payment processor. StartWP.io does not retain or store any sensitive payment data, including credit card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable fees for your selected membership tier.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Annual plans are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless canceled by the user. Cancellation must be completed prior to the renewal date to avoid subsequent charges.
- Lifetime Access: Lifetime plans require a single, one-time payment and include perpetual access to all current and future template releases. No further billing will occur.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you will retain full access until that date. Once your term expires, your access to premium templates, software updates, and priority support will end.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund, please email our team at hello@startwp.io with your order details and the reason for your request.
8. Termination of Access
StartWP.io reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services, without prior notice or refund, if we determine that you have breached these Terms. Violations include, but are not limited to, unauthorized sharing of account credentials, illegal distribution of digital assets, or any actions that compromise the security or integrity of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on StartWP.io, including templates, themes, code, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of StartWP.io and is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a membership grants you a license to use these assets on your websites, but it does not transfer ownership. You may not claim our templates as your own work, remove copyright notices, or use our materials in any way not explicitly permitted by these Terms.

- WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. StartWP.io is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WordPress Foundation.
- Managed WordPress and Hosted WordPress are also trademarks of the WordPress Foundation. All other company, product, or service names mentioned on this website are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
10. User Responsibilities
By using StartWP.io products, you agree to the following:
- Maintain the security and ongoing maintenance of any website built using our templates.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Never use our themes or templates for illegal purposes, and never inject, distribute, or use our products to host malicious code or malware.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartWP.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, server downtime, or lost profits—resulting from your use or inability to use our templates, themes, or services.
12. Modifications to the Agreement
StartWP.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this document. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
